The Popular Show Campaign 4 Unveils the Warriors Table

From the very beginning of the fourth campaign, recently appointed game master Brennan Lee Mulligan has kept viewers on edge with extensive world-building, a colorful mix of personalities, and a gripping narrative showcasing celestial beings, evil spirits, and sinister influences increasing in influence within Dol-Makjar.

Warning: Key plot points for Episode 3 of Campaign 4 follow below.

The Soldiers Table Introduced

The latest chapter concluded with a dramatic pause and revealed the first table of adventurers who will branch out from the main group to begin their own adventure, separate from the remaining groups.

The combat-focused team includes Teor (portrayed by Travis), the agile character (Laura), the strong-willed figure (the cast member), Wicander (Sam), and Kattigan Vale (Robbie Daymond).

Dividing the Cast

Considering 13 cast members, it was clear from the beginning that having everyone at a single group would be unworkable.

Hence, the initial installments of this story serve as an Introduction, intertwining the characters’ stories before dividing into three smaller tables: Soldiers, Planners, and Questers.

What Defines the Warrior Group

Per the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who prefer a traditionally charged battle-oriented gameplay experience where diplomatic options are scarce.

Initially, figures such as the reluctant priest Wicander might look mismatched, but the events of episode 3 show why these five characters are ideally matched for the warrior group.

Reasons to Leave

For one thing, the team knows exactly where to head next after a intense first encounter with the enemy group.

An old friend of Thjazi—whose death kicked off the narrative’s action—used the foes for his personal gain, invading the secret base, striking the character, and swiping all the magical artifacts to auction.

The antagonist then paid off his obligations and fled to a Halovar stronghouse in Gormalay, Timmony, above the urban center, with Cyd hot on his heels.

Personal Motivations

Moreover, each character has a individual motive to depart the urban setting:

  • The rogue, as the companion and closest confidant, seeks vengeance.
  • Kattigan has experience in the northern area and cautions that it is a nasty place.
  • The strong character and Wicander, having disobeyed his house’s orders to execute the fighter and instead freed him, have no safe haven.
  • But, their reputation as important members in House Halovar could enable the team access locations they usually can’t.
  • Furthermore, Teor pledged a eternal obligation to The cleric for his rescue and will now follow him everywhere.

Wanted and Hunted

Finally, all of them are wanted by the rulers that control Dol-Makjar for a multiple motives, making staying in the city too risky:

  • The rogue and The character are notorious outlaws.
  • Tyranny and Wicander turned against House Halovar and the army of fiends they are aligned with.
  • The fighter is targeted for elimination by House Halovar.

This results in them no alternative but to journey toward the northern region in pursuit of the antagonist.

What’s Next?

From the recent installment’s Cooldown, we learn that the Soldiers table will be absent next week, leaving the remaining eight players to round up the Questers and Planners groups.

Viewers can anticipate learning which adventurers will be where in the story’s final introductory chapter, available to watch on October 24.
